What is a Water-cooled Cable? Water Cooled Cable (English name: Water Cooled Cable) is a special type of hollow water cable used for high current heating equipment. It usually consists of three parts: electrode (cable head), wire, and outer protective sleeve. Water cooled cables use internal circulating cooling water to remove the heat generated during current transmission. It is not only responsible for transmitting high currents, but also ensures that cables will not be damaged due to overheating under high loads through a cooling system, thereby ensuring the stable operation of the equipment.
Ordinary water-cooled cable electrodes are welded with copper pipes and copper bars, which are not tightly connected to the equipment; The wire is twisted with bare copper wire, with a large bending radius; The outer protective sleeve uses ordinary rubber hoses with low pressure resistance; The sleeve and electrode are fastened with ordinary clamps, which have poor sealing and are prone to water leakage.
High quality water-cooled cable electrodes are made of integral copper rods that are machined and milled, and the surface is passivated or tinned; The wire is woven from enameled wire using a CNC winding machine, with high flexibility and small bending radius; The outer protective sleeve uses a synthetic rubber tube with a reinforced clamping layer, which has high pressure resistance. The sleeve and electrode are fastened by cold pressing with copper clamps on professional equipment, which has good sealing and is not easy to leak water.
1. Bell mouth locking nut water-cooled cable: The connection with the equipment is a conical joint, and the nut is locked to ensure maximum contact surface, reliable current transmission, and good cooling water sealing effect. Used for high-frequency equipment.
2. Electric arc furnace water-cooled cable: The electrode surface is treated with tin plating, which is corrosion-resistant and has good conductivity. The end has a lifting ring for easy on-site installation. The rubber hose is fastened to the electrode with two stainless steel clamps, which is safe and reliable. The outer protective sleeve uses high-quality rubber hose, which is soft and has good bending performance. The soft wire is made of high-strength enameled wire, which is corrosion-resistant and has no surface skin effect.
3. Coaxial water-cooled cable: Two channels of water, two channels of electricity, coaxial, less leakage inductance, low energy loss, energy-saving.

5. 6. Water cooling cable of Submerged Arc Furnace: the electrode material is T2 red copper, the electrode structure can be made according to user requirements, and the surface is tinned; The position of the inlet and outlet can be determined according to the installation location of the user's equipment. The outer sheath rubber hose is treated with high temperature fire prevention, suitable for the working environment of the mineral heat furnace, capable of transmitting high currents, and safe and reliable.
7. Vacuum furnace water-cooled cable: One end of the cable electrode is a bell mouth locking nut type, connected to the induction coil inside the vacuum furnace, and the other end of the electrode structure is a flat flange type, connected to the capacitor. The outer sheath of the cable has a tapered sealing ring to ensure sealing with the outer shell of the vacuum furnace. In the water-cooled cable part inside the vacuum furnace, the outer sheath is treated to prevent high temperature, and the cooling water of the water-cooled cable directly enters the induction coil inside the vacuum furnace for circulating cooling. It is widely used in neodymium iron boron magnetic material vacuum sintering furnaces and can replace imported cables from abroad.
8. Polycrystalline furnace water-cooled cable: The water-cooled cable electrode is connected to the coaxial electrode of the induction coil of the polycrystalline silicon purification furnace. The structure of the water-cooled cable electrode is a 90 ° elbow horn taper locking type, ensuring that it does not twist when connected to the polycrystalline silicon purification furnace, ensuring natural bending and improving the service life of the water-cooled cable.
9. Single crystal furnace water-cooled cable: contactless electrode, surface treated with anti-corrosion, inlet and outlet sealed with encrypted rings and connected with live threads, soft wire made of enameled wire (the only one in the country), rust proof and soft, not easy to break. The soft wire is connected to the electric grade cold extrusion and treated with tin, with excellent contact effect. The outer protective sleeve used is a special high-quality rubber hose customized from the rubber factory, and the rubber hose and electrode sealing clamp are sealed with purple copper clamps and connected by special equipment extrusion. The water-cooled cable has a small bending radius and a long service life.
10. Medium frequency furnace water-cooled cable: The soft wire uses enameled wire. When transmitting medium frequency current, there is no surface skin effect, high energy transmission efficiency, low heat generation, and the outer sheath rubber tube is not easily aged; The enameled wire has undergone softening treatment, resulting in low stress at the connection point with the electrode. When repeatedly tilting and pouring the furnace, the connection point between the water-cooled cable electrode and the soft wire will not break.
11. High frequency machine water-cooled cable: contactless electrode, soft wire enameled wire, used for high-frequency surface quenching, high-frequency heat transfer, high-frequency melting, no surface skin effect, energy-saving and durable.
