Electrode Holder Advantages
Hollow section and double-layer copper-steel composite plate are adopted, greatly reducing skin effect, reducing impedance and improving electric heating efficiency;
The box structure with hollow section and the internal water cooling channel greatly enhance the strength of the cross arm, which is conducive to electrode movement adjustment without causing vibration, and is conducive to arc stability;
The weight is lighter than the traditional steel tube conductive cross arm and the inertia is small, which is conducive to frequent lifting and adjustment of the electrode.
The requirements for conductive cross arm are light weight, good rigidity, small impedance and long service life. The electrode arm is supported on the column at one end and holds the electrode at the other end, with lifting function. The weight of the conductive cross arm is light, which means that the driving work for the lifting and regulating movement of the electrode column is relatively reduced, etc.
