Customization Process

The customer sends an inquiry about the detailed information of the project, and Sanrui designs and optimizes the plan according to the details of the customer's project.

Both parties confirmed the technical plan and signed a cooperation contract. Sanrui manufactures machinery and equipment and regularly provides customers with feedback on the production process and progress.

After the equipment production is completed, quality inspection will be carried out according to customer needs and relevant inspection reports will be issued.

The customer then comes to the factory to inspect and accept the equipment, and appoints a partner to inspect or conduct online acceptance.

Shipping Methods

Customers come to our factory to receive the equipment;

Ship the equipment to the designated port according to customer requirements;

Ship to the country and corresponding factory designated by the customer to receive the equipment according to the customer's requirements.

Installation and debugging

The complete set of equipment will be installed and debugged under on-site guidance by our company’s engineering and technical personnel.

Design drawing customization processing mode: The customer provides the drawings, and Sanrui is responsible for equipment manufacturing, production and supply.

Design drawing optimization design + processing mode: The customer provides incomplete drawings or Sanrui provides measurement and drawing services. After the drawings are optimized and designed, Sanrui is responsible for equipment manufacturing, production and supply.

After-sales Service

1. Based on the current situation of the user's production workshop, we will provide the floor plan and basic design of the complete set of equipment as quickly as possible.

2. Provide users with all external parameters related to the equipment, including requirements for water, electricity, gas, etc., and assist users in selecting peripheral equipment or materials.

3. Provide free technical training to the user's operators and maintenance personnel to ensure that the operators can operate the equipment proficiently and the maintenance personnel can conduct routine inspections of the equipment to determine the fault points of the equipment and the damaged components that need to be replaced. Responsible for the debugging and trial operation of the complete set of equipment free of charge.

4. The warranty period is one year, and lifetime paid service and maintenance are provided.
