It adopts hydraulic pressure ring, suspension cylinder hydraulic lifting mechanism, and independently developed submerged arc furnace electrode adjustment device, which is an automatic control voltage discharge device integrating machinery, electrical appliances, pneumatics, and hydraulics, water-cooled cables, space lattice copper tube short net copper reverse parallel connection, forged copper tiles, etc.


Submerged electric arc furnace is mainly used for reducing and smelting raw materials such as ore, carbonaceous reducing agent and solvent.

Submerged Electric arc furnace (SAF) is a closed environmentally friendly and energy-saving solution, suitable for ferroalloys (such as ferrotungsten, high carbon ferromanganese, high carbon ferrosilicon, high carbon ferrochrome, nickel ferroalloy) and industrial silicon, calcium carbide, corundum , yellow phosphorus, etc. Submerged arc furnace preheating can eliminate water and volatile components, thereby stabilizing smelting process conditions and reducing the unit energy consumption of the furnace.

Water injection into the furnace shell and forced ventilation at the bottom of the furnace ensure effective cooling. The thermally conductive carbon lining combined with effective cooling forms a spontaneous freezing layer on the hot side of the lining, minimizing lining erosion and improving thermal efficiency.
