The electrode lifting mechanism of electric arc furnace is composed of conductive cross arm and electrode column device.
The conductive cross arm is composed of three sets of copper-steel composite conductive arms, three sets of electrode clamping and loosening mechanisms, electrode chuck and electrode spraying device.
The electrode post device is composed of three sets of electrode posts, post hydraulic lifting cylinder, post guide wheel device and all insulating parts connected with the cross arm.
Electrode lifting device consists of two parts: electrode cross arm and electrode stand column device. The electrode cross arm consists of copper-steel composite conductive cross arm, electrode clamping and loosening mechanism, electrode chuck and three sets of electrode spraying devices. The electrode chuck is made of copper forging.
Electrode post device includes electrode post, post guide wheel device and electrode lifting hydraulic cylinder.
Meanwhile, all insulating parts, fasteners, water pipeline and pipe fittings connected to post and cross arm are provided.
The surface of column guide rail is subject to heat treatment, with good abrasion resistance.
