The furnace cover lifting and rotating device consists of a furnace cover lifting mechanism, a rotating mechanism and a rotating frame.


The lifting mechanism and rotating mechanism of furnace cover are installed on the rotating frame. A locking device is provided, which is driven by a hydraulic cylinder and can lock the rotary frame of the furnace cover. The rotation of furnace cover is interlocked with the lifting of furnace cover.

Description

When the rotary frame is rotated back and the furnace cover is returned to the furnace body, the rotary locking device locks the rotary frame and the tilting frame. When the furnace cover is lifted, the rotary locking device drives the locking pin to be pulled out from the locating hole, and the locking is released.


During normal smelting, tapping, slag raking and other operations, the furnace cover rotating frame and tilting mechanism, furnace body, furnace cover and electrode lifting mechanism are completely locked on the tilting platform.


The lifting mechanism is composed of lifting cylinder, pull rod, chain, etc. The lifting cylinder adopts standard hydraulic cylinder.


The rotating mechanism consists of a slewing support and a rotating drive cylinder. The rotating mechanism bears the static load and dynamic load generated by the lifting and rotating motion of the furnace cover. Driven by the rotating hydraulic cylinder, the furnace cover and the lifting and rotating mechanism can be smoothly unscrewed or rotated. The unscrewing angle shall fully open the furnace to facilitate basket loading.


The rotating frame is composed of lifting beam, frame, upper maintenance platform, electrode lifting cylinder bracket, etc. The lifting beam and frame are assembled and welded into a box structure by steel plates, and they are assembled and welded into a whole on site, which is the fixed frame of the electrode lifting device.


The guide wheel of the electrode lifting column is also installed on the rotating frame, which has sufficient thermal strength and rigidity.


The rotary frame moves back and forth under the drive of rotary oil cylinder, so as to drive the furnace cover to open and close. Complete charging operation of electric furnace.

The lower plane of the rack is connected with the bracket of the lifting oil cylinder. The lifting oil cylinder and the lower part of the lifting column are installed on the bracket to support the gravity and force of the electrode lifting movement.


In order to maintain the electrode, a maintenance platform is set above the lifting beam, and railings are set around the platform to ensure the safety of maintenance personnel.
