The soft wire is connected to the electric grade cold extrusion and tin treatment, and the contact effect is very good. The rubber tube and electrode are sealed tightly with purple copper clamps and connected by special equipment. The water-cooled cable has a small bending radius and a long service life.
The soft wire uses enameled wire, which has no surface skin effect when transmitting intermediate frequency current, high energy transmission efficiency, low heat generation, and the outer sheath rubber tube is not easily aged; The enameled wire has undergone softening treatment, resulting in low stress at the connection point with the electrode. When repeatedly tilting and pouring the furnace, the connection point between the water-cooled cable electrode and the soft wire will not break.
