Aluminum induction furnace - primarily used for melting aluminum and aluminum scrap, such as aluminum ingots and cans. These melting furnaces are characterized by high power throughput, requiring refractory materials with extremely high wear resistance. Operators place aluminum parts, ingots, or scrap into the aluminum melting furnace and start the melting process.
Induction electric furnaces are characterized by ease of operation, high melting rate, good molten steel quality, high yield, and high power factor, and are commonly used in metal casting and metallurgical refining. Adding more aluminum during the melting process improves heat transfer.

For aluminum parts containing trace alloying elements or coatings, melting, recycling, and reuse are possible.
6) Melting in low-oxygen, low-hydrogen environments (specific equipment configuration):
Some medium-frequency/high-frequency induction electric furnaces can melt under relatively controlled atmosphere conditions, reducing inclusions and gas absorption.
7) Melting & casting of thin-walled aluminum parts and complex geometries:
The rapid heating and localized heating characteristics of aluminum melting furnace are beneficial for the uniform melting of thin-walled parts.
Regardless of the type of aluminum induction furnace, key considerations when selecting one include furnace capacity and tonnage, heating power, furnace temperature control accuracy, charge type, induction frequency, stirring and degassing system, and safety and emission configuration of induction electric furnaces.
Different types of melting furnaces (e.g., medium-frequency vs. high-frequency, vertical vs. continuous flow) differ in their applicable scenarios and energy efficiency, and should be matched according to production needs.
