The 40T medium frequency furnace (induction furnace)  provided by our company, with its excellent performance and stable quality, has demonstrated extensive application value in the melting of ferrous metals (such as stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel) and non-ferrous metals (such as copper, aluminum), as well as in forging, heat treatment (quenching), welding, bending, metal penetration, rolling and other processing technologies. The furnace body design is diverse, including aluminum shell furnace, stainless steel furnace shell composite furnace, and steel shell furnace, all of which are made of high-quality raw materials and exquisite craftsmanship, not only improving system efficiency, but also achieving effective energy conservation.


Overview of Technical Solutions:


1. Core equipment configuration:

40 T induction furnace equipped with two 10000KVA rectifier transformers to ensure stable power supply.

Four low-voltage switchgear cabinets ensure circuit safety and flexible control.

A set of 18000KW/150HZ intermediate frequency power supply cabinet (including four power supplies), providing powerful power.

Two 40T medium frequency induction furnaces meet the demand for efficient melting.

A hydraulic system is used to achieve automatic switching between electric furnaces, while another furnace body is dedicated to tying furnace lining and maintenance.

A set of water cooling device and auxiliary equipment to ensure long-term stable operation of the equipment.


2. Cooling water requirements:

PH value: strictly controlled between 7 and 8.5.

Hardness: less than 10 degrees (each degree corresponds to a calcium oxide content of less than 10mg in 1L of water).

Total solid content: not exceeding 250mg/L.

Water resistance: The power supply part is greater than 100K Ω - cm, and the furnace body part is greater than 2K Ω - cm.


3. Power supply conditions:

The three-phase voltage imbalance of the power grid is less than 5%.

Voltage fluctuation of the power grid: controlled within ± 5%.

Voltage waveform distortion rate of the power grid: less than 10%.


4. Geographical environment requirements:

Altitude: not exceeding 1500 meters.

Environmental temperature: Maintain between 5 and 40 ℃.

Relative humidity: less than 90% (when the average temperature is not lower than 20 ℃).

Surrounding environment: No conductive dust, explosive gases, or severely corrosive gases, no obvious vibrations or bumps.

Installation Service Terms:


Sanrui Company will be fully responsible for the on-site debugging and installation work of the domestic segment of the demand side. For overseas services, the demand party shall bear the cost of accommodation, meals, and round-trip airfare for SanRui's dispatched technical personnel. The debugging period is set to 7 days, and the service fee for technical personnel is calculated at $250 per person per day. Once the debugging and installation are successfully completed and put into normal operation, within six months, SanRui Company will provide repair and replacement services for the main control board, reactors, capacitors, circuit breakers, hydraulic devices, and furnace body (except for problems caused by steel leakage, water shortage, insufficient water pressure, or sudden power outage)!

Sanrui Electric Furnace Company implements strict quality control for all products, covering three major links: raw material and accessory inspection, production process control, and product factory inspection.


In the selection of raw materials and external accessories, SanRui insists on using products from well-known domestic brands and Sino foreign joint ventures, and gives priority to enterprises that have passed ISO9001 standard certification. After the raw materials and external accessories enter the factory, they will be strictly inspected by professional inspectors, including verifying material certificates, qualification certificates, and internal quality.


During the production process, each component is accompanied by a quality responsibility tracking card, which details the responsible person and final inspector for each processing step. For key components such as sensors and magnetic yokes, SanRui has developed specialized process guidelines to ensure quality.


Before leaving the factory, the product will undergo a comprehensive factory inspection, including visual inspection, mechanical dimension measurement, induction coil insulation testing, voltage withstand test, and water pressure test. After all inspections are qualified, the inspector will issue a product qualification certificate.
