Sanrui Company will be fully responsible for the on-site debugging and installation work of the domestic segment of the demand side. For overseas services, the demand party shall bear the cost of accommodation, meals, and round-trip airfare for SanRui's dispatched technical personnel. The debugging period is set to 7 days, and the service fee for technical personnel is calculated at $250 per person per day. Once the debugging and installation are successfully completed and put into normal operation, within six months, SanRui Company will provide repair and replacement services for the main control board, reactors, capacitors, circuit breakers, hydraulic devices, and furnace body (except for problems caused by steel leakage, water shortage, insufficient water pressure, or sudden power outage)!
Sanrui Electric Furnace Company implements strict quality control for all products, covering three major links: raw material and accessory inspection, production process control, and product factory inspection.
In the selection of raw materials and external accessories, SanRui insists on using products from well-known domestic brands and Sino foreign joint ventures, and gives priority to enterprises that have passed ISO9001 standard certification. After the raw materials and external accessories enter the factory, they will be strictly inspected by professional inspectors, including verifying material certificates, qualification certificates, and internal quality.
During the production process, each component is accompanied by a quality responsibility tracking card, which details the responsible person and final inspector for each processing step. For key components such as sensors and magnetic yokes, SanRui has developed specialized process guidelines to ensure quality.
Before leaving the factory, the product will undergo a comprehensive factory inspection, including visual inspection, mechanical dimension measurement, induction coil insulation testing, voltage withstand test, and water pressure test. After all inspections are qualified, the inspector will issue a product qualification certificate.
Alloy aluminum frame medium frequency furnace (induction furnace): economical, moderate service life, and good melting efficiency.
Steel frame medium frequency furnace (induction furnace): expensive, but with a long service life and excellent melting efficiency.
